Right on cue here comes little jimmy with the terrible take that UW can use to discredit all reasonable opinions and convince themselves they did the right thing after all.
Let’s assume UW accepts a bowl game bid. But then the game is called into question because the opposing team has a breakout and is cancelled. Or a key player goes down with a season ending injury that spills into next year. Or the game is played outside in freezing or snowy conditions effectively wiping out a game in the dead of winter.OR a UW player tests positive before the bowl game this cancelling it.I suggest, close it down, get healthy and prepare for winter conditioning and spring practice.Call me stupid but at this point what are benefits of continuing this farce.Jimmy confirmed there has been no symptoms displayed by the impacted. In the real world you can’t get a test unless you display symptoms.Right on cue here comes little jimmy with the terrible take that UW can use to discredit all reasonable opinions and convince themselves they did the right thing after all.
This sucks balls but why would you turn down the bowl game?
I covered it.Game being canceled (Covid ripping through America allegedly) real possibility Potential season ending injuryIf outdoors could be shit weather equaling shit game. We’ve seen enough. The run defense is atrocious and they are short safeties and linebackers. This sucks balls but why would you turn down the bowl game?

Beating Leech or someone drawing eye balls in a bowl game would help perception/recruiting. I think it's worth it. Unless we try the Apple Cup thing which I would only enjoy for the first quarter or two and camera shots of Rolo on the sidelines.
If the players and coaches want to play, then play. That's what players do, they play.In a season with no OOC matchups it would actually be interesting. That is basically why bowl games exist.
Safety has never reigned supreme, neither has strict adherence to any posted speed limits. Life goes on still.
We had guys out against Stanford.
Do you really believe no one with Covid played in that game? We had guys out against Stanford.
Do you really believe no one with Covid played in that game? We had guys out against Stanford. Don't care. Probably no confirmed positives or something. Stanford seems legit, played without problem the following week.
