Biden hasn't become President of the United States as of this issue date.

Technically, that potential accomplishment isn't until 2021 either.

President Trump won in 2016 without being sworn in yet. Was it because he had a fairly popular reality TV show and a so-so businessman? Should have been Paris Hilton, she has that plus a sex tape.
