- Kawasaki back at DC is a pretty huge deal, something not discussed nearly enough
- That was the most enjoyable non-Apple Cup game since 2016, bar none. The replay of the 1st 3 quarters are Pornhub worthy
- I can't believe I am typing this because I was full meltdown mode after JD was hired, but the O schematically looks fucking amazing. Yes the opponents were shittier than a homeless dude on Market St but we did what good teams should do. Look at USC or Oregon struggling with garbage teams. I am officially Jizzing for John
- Morris is tough, stood tall knowing he was going to get hit, and played generally really well. He's also more mobile than I thought. Looks like the Walmart version of Trace McSorley
- Watch Kyler on special teams
- Actually watch anyone on D, they all talk shit and hit fucking hard
- Fuck targeting penalties. No college kid who worked his tail off 13 months should get EJECTED AND SUSPENDED FOR THE 1H OF A FOLLOWING GAME for a bam bam hit that wasn't malicous. Add another 15 yards or something. If you agree that ejections at the CFB level should be a thing please punch yourself in the groin

Drops are definitely going to screw us at some point but I’d almost prefer to watch them work it out live than go back to that behind the line screen after screen shit under Hamdan.

The excitement and passion we are playing with is refreshing to see. ZTF and Ulo are bringing an edge we have been missing since Azeem. I’m trying not to get too far ahead, but so far we look a lot less nervous than we have the past couple of years.

Just fix the drops. Those will fuck us at some point if they continue (water is wet).

I should have mentioned Ulofoshio, he's a WAR DADDY LB. Our first since Azeem. I love BBK and Keishawn, but war daddies are a different breed.
I didn't emphasize him in the podcast though I meant to

BBK was a war daddy his senior year, just saying. He was greatly missed last year
Great player and I was always a fan but big hits and talking shit lifts the whole team.
    No doubt

That pass DyMo (ILTCHT) made after breaking the pocket to the left by resetting his shoulders mid run was sick. Think it was to cotton

Great player. You are misunderstanding the definition of WAR DADDY however.

    Exactly
I don’t know man, in my eyes last year proved that he was war daddy. The inside LB play was so atrocious.

Just watched some highlights from UW-BYU last year. Depressing. No war daddies anywhere. Terrible offensive scheme, Jaggy defensive talent.

    Don't look back.

Morris is a lot better as a passer than McSorley.

This is like saying Sark is a top 3 coach of all tim because he was better than Willingham.

    Big if true....

He has the same third down brass balls that McSorely had (still gives me PTSD) but I'm not yet ready to say he's a much better passer. McSorely was seriously underrated and a top five college QB in his junior year.
