If the part of Obamacare they want to preserve is the coverage of pre-existing conditions and allowing your 25 year old "kid" to stay on your insurance would that be a bad thing?

Yes
This abortion of a program is half gutted and half not gutted and nothing is being done about it by the shit heels in congress who should vote to get the fuck out of the health insurance business
Having the Supreme Court now add their 2 cents to the morass seems counter productive
I'd hold off on declaring how you think someone will end up ruling based upon the questions they asked during oral arguments. It could play out exactly as you fear but I wouldn't bet the rent money just yet.

This is entirely true but still the earth isn't going to scorch itself

It's time for Justice Roberts to correct himself and eliminate ACA. Remember it was Roberts who deemed ACA as a tax, perhaps he’s had enough time to reflect on his fumble.
Honest question for anti-aca republicans. What will be done with the millions who lose insurance if the aca gets scrapped? What is the alternative better plan that provides insurance for the majority of if not the whole population of the US? I understand none of you are actual politicians, at least I’m hope to god not, but if you’re going to bitch about the aca for 10 years I would hope there is at least some idea of what would replace it. The aca is far from perfect, but it does insure more people than were insured before it’s creation. If the anti-aca side truly has a plan that will cover as many of not more and it’s better than the aca then whip it and show us all and by all means kill off the aca and put the better version in place.

The millions that didn't previously have insurance? That are paid for by the large increases in everyone else's premiums?
