That the DHS provided the paper used to print ballots on at a national level. Private companies did the printing before distribution.

These ballots contained watermarks and will be used to tell the legitimate ballots from the...optimistic ballots.

This is an explanation for why Trump and his legal team are so cocky. The leftists unknowingly stepped into the biggest sting operation of all time and millions of fakes votes will be uncovered this way.

Seems like a good troll by someone to get Trump voters riled up, but it isn’t true. That would have leaked at some point. Democrat states aren’t going to agree to have their ballots tracked by the Trump administration, nor should they or any state. Bad precedent.
