Each party allowed monitors at EVERY election/counting center. Both parties must sign off on results before releasing to media.
Each party allowed to post guards at EVERY election/counting center if count takes overnight. Dual signature required on each box of ballots entering counting center.
In person voting - good old purple ink finger print.
