As an en toto album, few better than Dark Side.

Physical Graffiti was the beginning of the end for Zep. Way over produced and the songs were way too long as punk was bringing back the 2 and a half minute song

I went and re-listened to some cuts from Physical Graffiti before voting and the first thing I noticed was that half the tracks were too long. Really did feel a little bloated.

There was some bloat setting in no doubt. But the album still holds many of their best tracks and Sides 3 and 4 are all deep stuff you never heard on KZOK.

I have a love hate relationship with Dark Side. It sucks in the car. It’s amazing in Hi Fi.
