Three shootings (deaths) during my tenure in that area. Area is falling apart. Lloyd Center Mall is two blocks away and that place is on death rattle alert.

I used to live on Capital Hill, right above I5 same street the Delux Tavern was on, there are some weird folks in that area.
I relate to friends about how I used to run into the strangest characters between 2-5 AM then stopped doing that because I realized those same people were relating stories about how they used to run into the weirdest folks at the same time.
