Even those without postmarks. That’s three days after Election Day. Why not just make it December 31st, since actual laws and deadlines don’t matter anymore.

It’s even worse...they also ruled that they can’t compare the signature on the ballot to the one on file, they are “allowing” alternative locations (I.e.dropboxes) for ballots to be “delivered”, and limited who could be poll observers.

Trump will lose because they will steal the election from him.

It is how you get a dead man barely moving around who attracts all of 6 people to a rally to magically "win" a national election, and who has behind him a person with no moral convictions/beliefs that can be controlled by the background interests running the sham.

I'm in Texas...it will be the most protected from this mess for at least a little while but its not a good path the nutjob left is leading us down.

If the dems win, then Texas will have no protection other than armed resistance. Feds will have total control over your 1A and 2A rights.

There's this thing call the Supreme Court.

And it will take a Constitutional Convention to repeal 1A and 2A.

That doesn't mean the respective states and fed authoritarians won't try to fuck with things.

Idaho and Utah will cover Texas' western flank if pressed.

I didn't say it would be isolated...I just said it would be more protected from the nutjobs than most of the rest of the country. They can pass national laws, but the Texas AG will tie them up in court for years and the local officials won't enforce the more crazy Federal decrees...

I should add at least for a few years until more Joe Rogans move here and really f!ck things up locally...

Either way, they can’t drag it out forever. The 20th Amendment has a hard deadline of door.ass.out:

The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

Oh, and let’s not forget that pesky electoral college.
