Great letter and exactly on point. Unless you're willing to prosecute these people and put them in jail what's the point of throwing more resources at it? You're not addressing the problem. Start arresting people and start keeping them in jail. The Feds should also be involved with this.

Shows up tone deaf our leftard governor is. Who thought that asking for help from the suburbs while refusing to bring in the state National Guard and actually stop the riots by arresting lawbreakers and keeping them in jail was going to get the county sheriffs to help with Kate Brown and Mayor Wheeler's virtue signaling.
