Disney putting Mulan on plus for $29.99 along with AMC agreeing to only run Universal movies for 17 days in theatre b4 it can go to video means it's over for the theatre's. Just a matter of time.

80-85% of box office revenue comes from 5 studios (Disney, Universal, Warner, Columbia, Paramount). Of those only Columbia which is Sony does not have a streaming service platform they can run their movies on. Disney Plus, AT&T, Comcast(Peacock), CBS All Access.
