If you can’t sell tickets, you’ve got to nickel and dime your way to profitability. If this helps generate additional revenue while creating something fun for people to watch for during games, why not?

I'm saying this is good idea under the assumption that at least most of those ticketholders' money was refunded for those cardboard attendances.
