I went too. Looks like ActBlue donates their infrastructure to a host of progressive organizations to simplify their fundraising. But the money doesn't go to them. WinRed, which is essentially the GOP equivalent, does the same thing.

Nothing I can find corroborates this. You're seeing "ActBlue Charities" when you click the link because they're the processors who facilitate the transaction. The money isn't actually going to them.
