    I seem to remember a reparation program for black farmers for exclusion from government loan programs. Millions were given out with no real attempt to confirm if the applicant had ever been a farmer or had been discriminated against. Sort of like getting registered to vote.

    My guess is if cash is handed out it 81% of the money will end up in white hands.

    Hello there! All of my family was boated over from Italy in 1911-15, was human trafficked through Chicago, and ended up being coal miners in Carbon County, MT. That’s my grandpa’s life until the Smith Coal Mine Explosion in Bearcreek, MT.
