Valerie Jarrett blames society for Chicago's gun violence

We know immediately that whenever a cop kills a black man it's on account of white supremacy and racism but when Jarrett is asked if the leaders of Chicago are failing the communities where people are being murdered every day, 18 were killed in a span of just 24 hours just last month, Jarrett blames society and guns but she doesn't hold anyone in the political leadership accountable. She calls for more government programs and "investing" in our young people. They control the entire fucking state, they control the Chicago City council and the Mayor's office why aren't they doing this now?
