Favorite Sarkisian era players?
Sarkisian was a mediocre, unremarkable coach. His teams were inconsistent, error-prone, and soft. Some of his players rose above his shitty coaching though, and I am glad to have been able to see them put on the UW uniform. People like:
-- Chris Polk. Beast at every RB facet and had swagger curling off of him like smoke. Once the fat Armenian hamster decided to make him, not Jake Locker, the focal point of the offense, the results were fantastic.
-- Bishop Sankey. I could make a case that he was the greatest RB in UW history. Yeah...
-- Justin Glenn. The surest tackler of the Sark era. Broke 4 bones in his leg against ND as a frosh but battled back and by his 5th year was one of our best players.
-- Sean Parker. Told Sarkisian to fuck himself; became immediate HHB hero.
-- Keith Price. Some will disagree. The kid is a goddamned warrior, got massacred by his OL time and time again but always bounced back. Lack of signature wins is an indictment against Sark, not Price.
-- Danny Shelton. A total monster and hometown stud who plays with the swag of a late 80s/early 90s UW defender.
-- Hau'oli Kikaha. Like Glenn, came back from an awful injury and returned or even surpassed his previous form. Fundamentally sound and has a great motor.
I can't think of a single OL. Sad.

Glenn was a stud too.
Sankey was flat out fun to watch.
Cort Dennison was a fucking hoot! Little engine that could.
It was Nick Holt Awesome watching Mason Foster overachieve.
I liked Jermaine Kearse. Made too many big drops but dude was always open (other than when we were playing Nebraska). Made some serious clutch grabs too, the first SC game and at Cal come to mind, as well as dominating the OSU OT game.
I always thought Eric Folk was a money kicker.
Jonathan Amosa was a classic overachiever. And I miss FULLBACKS, dammit.
Desmond was great last year, and Marcus Peters is really, really fun to watch at corner.
Whoever said Mason Foster was spot on. Great player.
And yeah, I liked Lockner. Not the brightest bulb, but TUFF as nails and electric in the open field. Sark misused him badly, but the dude gave everything he had to UW.
Regarding the guys you listed, I know Sankey is probably better than Polk but I just loved watching Polk run. Dude was always the baddest man on the field. Developed his game as he went too, turned into a hell of a receiver while he was here.
Polk was a ton of fun to watch run, same with Sankey in a different way. Polk was more smash mouth. Sankey just fast and elusive.
I was love/hate with Trufant. He made some awesome plays, but got burned so many times. (Even tho I like him, I never would have drafted him in the first round).
Foster was a beast his last year, all over the field.
Kearse was fun but he dropped way to many balls. Mickens, Smith, etc. Will be fun to watch next year.
Hit the gate and leave your panties for brchco12 to stroke with.
