Split the nation’s capital into three or four different cities dispersed around the country. Or rotate that shit every four years.
The culture in that town is toxic. Maybe getting them back among the people will make them a little more accountable. And the amount of jobs and money and shit associated with DC/northern VA makes them oblivious to real suffering and poverty and shit elsewhere.
