Hardly a statistical sample, but I had to run some errands and noticed a decent amount of traffic and people running around. Stores were busy and people waiting in line to get in.
Hopefully this is an indication of things to come soon.

I hear there are some incredible sales going on in some inner city chain stores and there is no social distancing or mask-wearing being enforced.creepycoug said:Hardly a statistical sample, but I had to run some errands and noticed a decent amount of traffic and people running around. I've heard this too; I'm of the (hopeful) mind that there is a lot of pent-up demand and that the rebound will be swift. It's clear from dead reckoning that people at least want to get out of their fucking houses and start living again. That should help.NorthwestFresh said:

I got caught in a traffic jam in the Corona 15 bottleneck yesterday and thought wow we're back
Turns out a lane was closed for construction and there was a fender bender on the side. False alarm
Imagine wanting a return to 20 mph slogs after a couple months of going 80 mph everywhere -
I'm been in phase fuck off since March.
Because 1) the government and media always lies and exaggerated this shit and 2) when the numbers started to come it some easy math said I was right about point #1 -
I’m hearing Minneapolis Craigslist has some killer deals on TV’s new-in-the-box
