Oh they will. Back to phase 1.....wait what, we are still in phase 1. When shooting deaths pass Covid deaths in Washington (like it use to be), we should automatically get to jump 2 phases.

With proper precautions and protocols, parents shouldn't worry to take in their kids.

But unfortunately the media machine has pumped out so much fear and death that people won't take the chance of going in.
