I do. ND, from what I’m told, is the leader. UW is doing what they can to try and get him back to their side. I just don’t see this one changing though. Crazier things have happened though. It’s recruiting.
He said earlier in the comments he expects a decision within the next 2 weeks.

Harris might be the worst recruiter in college football. Getting even 4 star west coast DB recruits should be a fucking layup given where most of our DBs end up.
