Who should we get to replace Lake?

Lake is gone in 3-5 years, good or bad
If he sucks (all evidence points to this like the Donovan hire) he'll get fired
If he's good he's definitely gone to the NFL. He has a messianistic opinion on the NFL and would certainly bolt for the league if they offer him

Urban Meyer will be ready to un-retire by the time Lake gets fired. Wouldn't hurt to kick the tires on him.
