The hemming and hawing about masks over the course of this thing has been fucking astounding.

They don't work, then they do, but you shouldn't buy them because first responders can't get them, okay buy them because you're killing grandma, but if you can't any old piece of cloth will also do.

My wife was wearing them religiously early on and was criticized on one occasion at the grocery store. Now 2/3 of people in stores are wearing them and you get criticized if you don't.

So is the 10% disparity due to broke hospitals liberally classifying deaths as covid to get their $39,000. Or is the Governor making a huge concerted effort to under report those numbers by a whole 10% to make "NOOLS haters look bad?
