Some fucking guy named Jeff Tuel is the last Cuog QB to win an Apple Cup.

Just came across Some YouTube “highlights” from this abortion of a game. UW led 28-10 in early Q4 before the wheels came off. It took an astonishing number of unlikely plays for the Cuogs to claw back and tie it up in regulation. Then some asshole kicker missed a chip-shot gamewinner as the clock struck :00. Then, of course, Price coughed up the ball in OT and allowed the decisive INT return into FG range. Turns out the Cuog kicker sucked slightly less that day.
This is the kind of shit it took for the Cuogs to notch their own AC win of the decade. “Biggest comeback in Apple Cup history!” Lol.
