Maybe you should look at your own mediocre running backs and their speed before you shoot your ignorant moth off. It looks like Davis tried to run track for Upland and he could only post a 13.9 100 meters as a sophomore and must have given up.😂
One has nothing to do with the other Rufus. Take your medicine.
Here is a great article from “The Athletic” you ignorant young punk. They call ‘em as they see ‘em 😂😂😂😂
Film Room: It’s time for Oregon to unleash the beast that is Cyrus Habibi-Likio
“ It’s time for running back Cyrus Habibi-Likio to take center stage in Oregon’s offense. This is not to dismiss the talents of CJ Verdell or Travis Dye, but it’s become clear that the bigger, more physical Habibi-Likio has earned the right to be used like the valuable commodity that he is, especially on a roster where big backs are at a premium. He’s too good to be an afterthought any longer. Too good to be relegated to goal-line duties. Too good to not receive a carry for an entire first half, as he did Saturday at Washington.””
“ Habibi-Likio demonstrated in one half of football at Washington that he can do it all except for taking a gallop to the house while displaying true long speed, the type of speed where nobody is going to catch up except maybe an equally fast cornerback. But that’s OK; those types of runs are few and far between. Once the blocking is taken care of, a consistent rushing attack requires a back who demonstrates consistent vision, cutting ability and the ability to finish runs going forward. In no way does any of this mean that Verdell and Dye should take a back seat. Verdell leads the team with 507 yards and is averaging 5.6 yards per carry. Dye has 348 yards at 6.1 per carry. They need the ball in their hands. But so does Habibi-Likio. Although he isn’t as big Jonathan Stewart, as powerful as Royce Freeman or as fast as James, he is large, he is powerful and he is plenty fast enough. Plus, he’s the only running back on the roster who has all three of those traits. In addition, he has the heart and desire to lay it all on the line for his teammates.”
Your opinions and knowledge of college football in general are pathetic let alone the Ducks in particular.
Isn’t it funny that “The Athletic” chose to do an article about the one particular player on Oregon’s team you think is not talented. You are an imbecile.
Your the one that is taking his medicine right now you dimwit.

That's a lot of work and energy for an old man defending a guy with 330 rushing yards on the season.
Are you saying your head coach, Mario Cristobal, doesn't know how to spot and use talent?
I'm not going to sit here and listen to you bad mouth Crisco you senile old fucker.
Habbibbibi-Leakeeo is a slow no-talent try-hard. No burst. None. Limited game.
Well I guess you are going to have to sit and listen to the truth creepy moron. You can’t even find any evidence for your point of view young motherfucking punk. I wouldn’t trade our 3rd string, 3rd down between the tackles back for any of your pitiful running backs. If their times are accurate I was faster than they were as a HS running back. 😂😂
I’m not going anywhere. This is a Duck forum fucking Creepymoron. You are the one trolling here. You just are too ignorant to realize it.
Cyrus Habibi-Likio emerging as a trusted and valuable running back for No. 11 Oregon Ducks
Wouldn’t be surprised if Benson is the #2 back by end of his first year.
Also, does dj think creep is a husky?
He runs downhill and hits the hole hard and asks questions later. He's not a vision runner who sets up his blocks like an Emmit Smith nor is does have the stop and go suddenness and wiggle like a Barry Sanders. He's a bit of blue collar runner who makes a little adjustment at the line, at most, and goes as hard as he can. I would complain less about his tripping, because he almost always trips forward for 2 or 3 more yards, and more about his tendency to get hurt. He misses a lot of snaps and he's far and away Oregon's best runner. I think he just runs harder than his body can really handle.
When I think of Verdell, I think of the polar opposite of Ahmed. I'd take 1/2 a Verdell over 3 Ahmed's every time.
Wouldn’t be surprised if Benson is the #2 back by end of his first year.
Also, does dj think creep is a husky?
In Verdell’s defense, Arroyo and Crystalball seemingly had a gentleman’s wager to see who could make him take on the most CTE this year. He could use more vision, but he also took some of it was stubbornness by the coaches. The way he got knocked out of the ASU game by picking up the DE in pass blocking is one more reason I?m glad Arroyo is in Vegas.
Dye has speed and vision, but goes down with a stiff breeze.
Habibi-Likkio has power and vision, but no burst.
In addition to Benson, there’s a reason Dollars took reps in the first half of the Rose Bowel.

I thought dollars taking reps was because they’d installed a couple of packages with redd out of the backfield (to set up the wheel route dollars was targeted on in the 1st half) and dollars was the backup for those packages in bowl prep. With redd ruled out the day of the game, it put dollars onto the field.

What was the story with Redd?
Nothing officially announced. Based on the timing and because he’s from LA, id guess he snuck out of the team hotel on NYE to go do dumb shit with his hs friends and got caught

Bold move by the coaching staff. He was sorely missed, and as soon as I found out he wasn't playing, said as much. He's small but he's a playmaker and has a knack for getting into the end zone.
Ah jesus christ guys, just because a dude gets all the carries and has some stats doesn't mean he's not a scrub.
Anyone remember Terrance Whitehead? He'd eat all of these losers' shit for breakfast.
3 average at best running backs does not make a deep group, it means you have no talent.
Was it Frank Kush who said "we might be small, but we're slow"?
So congrats CJ Verdell, for being tough as nails and blind as a fucking bat. Your qualifying factor is that you are a warm body who isn't "too black" like Darrian Felix and Sean Dollars. You epitomize the reason why people think meathead will fail.
Congrats the other Dye who wouldn't be on a D1 roster if his brother hadn't played here, you've got nice quicks and vision and fall over if an ugly chick looks at you. If we could combine you and CJ, well, you'd be small and slow. Well fucking done.
And congrats CHL, your single redeeming quality is that "the players like you and aren't super jealous when you steal goal line TDs from them, because they all know anyway they'll be selling insurance in Eugene in 3 years".
Oregon had backup runningbacks in the 80's that would start for 3 years with this busted ass group.

Fuck DJ duck to death. Stupid motherfucker.
All that just to provide more evidence that you are an ignorant moron.
“Five Running Back Stats To Remember From 2018 1. Fueled by a combined nine 100-yard rushing games, CJ Verdell and Travis Dye finished as one of two FBS freshman running back combos – ONLY one in the Power 5 – with over 700 yards rushing each in 2018. Verdell and Dye were the first Power 5 freshman RB duo with over 700 rushing yards in the same season since Georgia's Todd Gurley and Keith Marshall in 2012.
2. Verdell finished his first season of collegiate action as the ONLY Power 5 player and one of two FBS players with at least 1,000 yards rushing and 300 yards receiving in 2018. Verdell is just the third player in Oregon history to accomplish the feat, joining Terrence Whitehead (2004) and Royce Freeman (2015).
3. In addition to being the only Power 5 player with 1,000 yards rushing and 300 yards receiving, Verdell was the ONLY FBS player in 2018 to score four TDs on the ground and another through the air in a single game. Verdell's five-TD performance came in the regular-season finale against Oregon State, where he scored the first three TDs of the game during Oregon's 55-15 Civil War victory. He was the first Pac-12 player with four rushing TDs and one receiving TD in a league game since 2011.
4. Verdell's five-TD afternoon was not the only record-breaking statistic from Oregon's dominating Civil War win to end the regular season. Dye rushed for a program freshman record 199 yards on 33 carries, while Verdell produced 187 yards on the ground, good for second-best total by a freshman in Oregon history. It also marked the first time in program history that Oregon had two players rush for 180 yards in the same game, and they joined Qadree Ollison and Darrin Hall of Pittsburgh as the only duos to accomplish the feat in 2018. In fact, Dye and Verdell was the first Power 5 duo to each rush for over 180 yards on the road against a Power 5 opponent since Ohio State's Carlos Hyde and Braxton Miller did it at Illinois in 2013.
5. Oregon's freshman trio of Dye, Verdell and Cyrus Habibi-Likio accounted for 77 percent (1,793) of the team's rushing yards and 21 of 28 TDs on the ground in 2018. Verdell (10) and Habibi-Likio (7) were one of three FBS freshman duos to each score at least seven rushing TDs in 2018.“
