Palm Beach, the residence of Bill Gates and Donald Trump among others, was excluded from this law. The exception was justified on the excuse that setting up the antennas would 'disfigure the city-scape, and that there would be opposition from inhabitants. Is it just a coincidence that everywhere in the world where influential people and billionaires live, very few mobile communications antennas exist?
