Last years flu season was especially worse than normal. With all of the regular flights that came into California from Wuhan last year, the Stanford School Of Medicine has hypothesized that Corona Virus may have spread through parts of the U.S. undedected and much earlier than we think. Herd Immunity may already be protecting some that potentially could have previously been exposed.
Why don't we hear more News outlets talking about this?

I would not be surprised if I picked it up traveling over the Holidays from Seattle to Vegas to Dallas
I was sick pretty good when I got to Dallas and that followed on the heels of the entire family there getting sick
