Having sold to those old farts in the past I can tell you that you have to blow the restaurant over before those penny grubbing owners would shut down. This is actually pretty big news around here.

My rule of thumb - no Bloody Mary's with breakfast, I'm out. No Denny's, no Shari's, no Cracker Barrel, no Waffle House, not a fan of most big chains.

Restaurants are not mandated to close here but most are. No one is showing up to eat. Some are offering takeout.

Cracker Barrel is my favorite. Bar none. Most here are offering take out. I just spent $100 tonight at our favorite. They were very appreciative.

Chinned. Far too many good sports bar breakfasts and brunch spots to go anywhere near tepid, corporate assembly line chain breakfast food unless there’s no other option.

Even better if they happen to be open and doing takeout at the moment.

We did takeout at Texas Roadhouse last night. They had their shit together. Called in order and they had the parking lot set up. You simply pulled in and they came to your car took your payment and brought out the food.
