How about this for March Madness and other sports

Why not test all the players and coaches for Coronavirus. Results can take as little as 24 hrs. Let the players with negative results play. Only let Family and close friends attend and maybe test them too.

You could still have the whole tournament or trim it down to 32 or 16 or whatever.

It could be done for all other winter and spring sports.
