    Yep. I had to get a passport expedited for a wedding in Puerto Vallarta tomorrow and walked around that area for 5 hours while it was being processed.

    That place needs an exterminator, holy shit it's bad.

    Nothing but tweaked out randoms speed walking without direction or creatures openly nodding off with syringe in hand.
