    I've noticed a trend, he just doesn't get his team fully prepared. We'll hear in his press conference about all these mistakes that are so easily correctable and how we're going to get so much better.

    I've given him the benefit of the doubt, an honest fair shake and buying into the timely process... But.. I'm done. It's year 5. I'm sick of mediocrity

    His teams aren't physically tough, mentally tough, they don't execute well, he's not dialing up some amazing gameplan or making amazing halftime adjustments.

    I just don't know who we'll be getting to replace him. It will have to be a midlevel reach at best. Or a career assistant.

    We suffer from lack of athletic talent much more than lack of toughness.
