Heard Bill Weld on the Radio today.

He was being interviewed at a liberal talk radio program where the host loves to paint himself as a "moderate" who is objective, when the reality is that he is a complete leftist hack. Weld's the kind of Republican that this leftist squish host loves but of course he would never vote for Weld over a Rat.
If you didn't know it, Weld is running for President as a Republican.
So the host asks Weld why he is running and Weld actually says that one of the reasons he is running is because Trump is a dictator who is attacking the free press and that Trump has said he won't respect the Constitution and will refuse to step down and that he is running for a 3rd term.
Now if you've ever heard Trump make this statement he is obviously just trolling the press when he does so. It's a fucking joke and it's clearly obvious that it's a joke when Trump makes the statement. Weld thinks Trump is serious and of course the "moderate" host said nothing in response to this statement other than to agree with Weld after he had finished his screed.
I thought these people were supposed to be smart and it was Trump and his supporters that were the stupid ones?
