This idiot says if your home isn't 'carbon neutral' that you won't be able to build it. I swear, these idiot politicians are raking in cash from the industries. NYT ran an article about how we have a progressive city in Bellingham that is doing away with all fuels. No natural gas or propane for homes, electric only. If you try to sell your home with those, you can't, you must update your home (yup, good luck with a pre-60s built home) to meet the new codes before it is sold. You cannot build unless there is electric only. People will need to put massive amounts of remodel in place just to bring it up to code and when it is all done, they only have one source of fuel.

What the hell are these door knob humping idiots doing? They are literally creating monopolies for these 'green' companies to run it and taking away our freedom of choice. Killing the market, driving our buyers, and inviting corruption to come strolling on in.

Oh, they also are going to hit the market with a rental cap, meaning that no landlord can charge over a certain amount and those landlords must also pay the utilities for the renter.

The regressives are making a push and I really wish all those liberal idiots from California and all the other blue cities would have stayed there and kept the ideas they escaped from.
