We played Boise state and WSU in that period. That was a complete gauntlet
Not sure if you’re being sarcastic, but WSU has the 11th best offense at 37.8 PPG and was held to 13. Boise had the 19th at 34.7 PPG and was held to 7. OSU was at 31.2 and held to 7.
So that was actually a decent test and the defense passed with flying colors, and it’s just a total coincidence that the defense was at its best at the same time Ulofoshio had surpassed Manu for those games.

that was a GOOD and FIRED UP boise juco team, wanted to beat their former coach BAD!
cuog just sucked, cuog always sucks. death, taxes, and cuog shitting be bed like gettin diarrhea in some random chonkin girls bed after youve been out drinking and a full plate of nachos after at bannings type shit.
Those are the games that Ulofoshio was a starter in BTW.
This. Competent ILB play would have helped immensely all year. Wellington has terrible instincts and was a shitty tackler. Manu was worthless. Sirmon was awful too. Ulofoshio comes in and plays well and we immediately got a ton better. It’s a fucking shame he wasn’t playing vs Oregon. He could have been the difference.

And Kim is NEVER wrong.
Another reminder that the defense will be lights out next year and this team just needs some semblance of an offense to win.
You know, story of the last 6 years.
I have zero doubt the defense will be either 1 or 2 in the PAC 12 next year, but that offense needs serious help.
