Such a fucking joke. Unable and unwilling to deal with the real causes of homelessness, leftists believe that just giving people an apartment and or subsidizing their rent will effectively deal with the homeless problem here in California.

Hey dumbfucks, it's a drug and alcohol addition, along with a mental health problem. Giving crazy meth addicts an apartment isn't going to fix the homeless problem. But as always, leftists love to spend other people's money in order to make themselves feel better about themselves.
