What would his QBR be if Fuller and Baccellia didn't have lead feet and clubs for hands?
I thought Hugh Millen put it perfectly, he's throwing to Mountain West wideouts who are playing Pac 12 talent at corner.
Better. But not all that great. Eason is not a good qb. He doesnt see the field well, he locks onto receivers, checks down too quickly, cant move in the pocket, and his accuracy is not great.

This. He’s struggling against terrible teams. Combine it with his freshman year at Georgia and there is more evidence of Eason being average than good.
He’s slow to process things, is a statue, goes down easy, and handles pressure poorly.
He has a strong arm and is mostly accurate. He’s got flaws tho that have nothing to do with the WR’s.

Maybe it’s just me, but I can not believe UW has recruited and played 20 stars worth of QB’s in 4 -5 years and no one was worth a shit besides KJ who transferred out. When I go back to Georgia games, Eason was not as bad. This has to be an endemic problem associated with Pete and his offense

It’s semantics, but he really wasn’t good at Georgia either. The problem is bigger tho and Pete and his coordinators have been terrible at developing QB’s. I actually think Browning was a better QB than he showed too and a lot of his problems were mental.
Every QB under Pete had brain lock and showed some of the same traits that got worse over time.
I was excited about Yankoff because I think mobile QB’s can mask some things and most of he really good QB’s nowadays are mobile, but he sucked and/or wasn’t getting developed by the coaching too.
