We’re going to be bad next year so better make this year count. No bench, 3-point shooting, penetration or offense.
We can always cause a problem come March because we’re very different defensively. We’ll get better, but next year could be real bad. -

You can see the talent but he does some dumb shit. Loose with the dribble and then pulling up for long low percentage 2’s. Needs to grow into the game. Hopefully he can the rest of the preseason. The offense in general seems rather stagnant, ball movement is slow, lots of dudes just putting the ball on the floor and trying to hit difficult shots. So far the only consistent thing is Stewart down low.RoadDawg55 said:

This is a team that flashes talent but is definitely going to take all year to put it together. I put 200 on a future bet for them to win the natty, bold move I know, the talent is there, just needs to get more consistency. They also need someone outside of Jaden, Naz, or Stewart to step up and be a scorer when one or two of them falters. So far no one has. Also we are only 3 games in but Quade might not be much of an upgrade or any upgrade at all over Crisp. -

Jonathon Isaac is a way better comparison for McDaniels than Durant.
McDaniels probably has a higher ceiling and a little more skill than Isaac. He’s not Durant tho. Nobody is.
