Does the Beav beat UW this Friday?

The fact that they get them at home, short week for Washington coming off a hard hitting game against Utah, Beavs will be highly motivated, UW playing out the string on what has to be a disappointing season, maybe a little doubt starting to creep in about the coaching staff with the players, Beavs might be able to steal one here.DJDuck said:Beavs have two off the best backs in the PAC 12. They have arguably the best receiver and a decent QB.. Their defense will be the key. The Beavs have one of the best pass rushers in the PAC but other than that it’s pretty poor. I see the Beavs pulling an upset in Corn Valley. Win or lose Smith has them trending in the right direction.

However the buttsniffers have a lot to play for............ that coveted 4th place in the North Trophy and their march towards bowl eligibility. It’s what every Husky recruit dreamed for whe they signed with the Dawgs.

UW wins. Beavs are too bad on defense to get a win.
However, I wouldn’t be completely shocked if the Beavs won a shootout. I don’t think it’s likely tho. -

Oregon state doesn't have to stop us when we stop ourselfsgreenblood said:It's hilarious to think about, but no chance. The Beavers have won 3 out 4, but those wins have come against UCLA when they were struggling, and a currently reeling Kal and Arizona. The last team they played with a pulse plungered them 52-7 at home no less.
The Beavers will score points, because Washington's defense is the softest it's been in 5 years, but that won't be enough. Oregon St. still can't stop anybody.

All depends on if older players are checking out (those without pro aspirations ... and that happens ... not saying it is so don’t twist)
Reality is that when we’ve been punched in the mouth we’ve struggled to respond
I suspect the Beavs will start fast
