I'm going to be completely honest. I don't think the playcalling has changed one bit and the personnel (outside of Eason) are probably about the same level as last season.
I think Eason is just that big of a difference from the noodle man. -

And LB doesn't look like a dreckfest.
This might be Pete's best team yet and we know it's only getting better going forward.

Special teams doesn't look like a disaster either. Just having a kicker who can put kickoffs deep is a huge improvement.
