What a complete lack of nuance from the Twitter drones. It's not as if Petersen said every single player who enters the portal is phoning it in or otherwise taking the easy way out. And even if he did say it, it's not fucking hypocritical to still pursue those players. He could very well think every incoming transfer is a soft, dickless loser for leaving their old school, and he'd still have every right to offer them a scholarship.

Of course dumbshits are taking it too far and applying logical fallacies, but it's asking for some flak beneath context of having your presumed starting QB be a transfer. That's not a hard connection to make. Peterman is also the same guy publicly lamenting other teams poaching recruits while doing it himself. There's a little hypocrisy history here.
