    You are being way too quick dismissing prospects because you are looking at what they are and not where they will be

    Looking at McDonald I see a player that can play violently downhill and seems to be a fairly secure tackler including in space ... if he gets his hands on you you are going down

    I agree with assessments regarding his speed and quickness ... it’s a primary area of work that I suspect he will be focusing in on his development. The good news is that you can work on your speed and quickness.

    I’m not saying he is Evan Weaver, but I wouldn’t be shocked if the numbers looked similar and film had parallels ...

    He’s almost assuredly someone that will RS Year 1, play ST at most in Year 2, and probably work into the depth starting in Year 3.

    There’s some stuff to work with here ... it’s far from a zero.

    His feet aren’t good and he’s slow.


    I want Heimuli’s every year. He’s fine for the pac-12. He’s not good enough to beat Bama, Clemson etc.
