The punt fumble was Santana Moss, not Portis. Portis balled out in that game. Moss didn't do shit but Reggie Wayne sure did.dannarc said:
I was there with my two dads. The deafening roar of the crowd when Portis(?) Fumbled that punt was amazing. That Miami team was LOADED.RaceBannon said:The 2000 win over Miami is one of the biggest in program history and one of the bigger in league history quite honestly
Miami had perhaps the most talent of any team ever
Before kickoff.........
Their roster was INSANE. -
imagine if that game had been with Browning instead of TuiasosopoRaceBannon said:The 2000 win over Miami is one of the biggest in program history and one of the bigger in league history quite honestly

Ya'll millennials need a little lesson on modern CFB schedule structure and context. I love the Rose Bowl as much as anybody, but 2016 was immensely more impressive than 2000.HillsboroDuck said:

Hobert, Brunell and Damon was a pretty elite physical group, though they weren't all competing for the job. I guess Bjornsen would be the try hard in that situation.godawgst said:Yesterday why talking about UW's first day Spring camp Brock said:

mic drop. We've won !!
And my accomplishment points system has been designed to reflect that. Here is 2015. https://t.co/JnNwOSXsY1
And we WON that Rose Bowl. I prefer winning to losing. -
This game was also the biggest win in Bob Stoop’s career.RaceBannon said:The 2000 win over Miami is one of the biggest in program history and one of the bigger in league history quite honestly

Trip was going to sit out the play if i remember but we had empterman roaming the sidelines and he yelled at him to get his butt back in the game. Empterman was a 2 Star with feces in his throat.DerekJohnson said:

Tripplett has a TFL the play before the FG. The FG was wide right. Nobody blocked it.Doogles said:

My memory failed me there. I thought it was partially blocked by Triplett and fell short. But I just looked it up and I was wrong. I guess I was thinking of the huge tackle he made on the preceding play.Doogles said:

It was also one of the most of the electric games I have ever attended. The crowd was at its best. I was on the field for the fourth quarter and my hair stood straight up. It is a life memory.RaceBannon said:The 2000 win over Miami is one of the biggest in program history and one of the bigger in league history quite honestly

Might rank as one of the best team effort victories in modern history. Also Tui was an absolute beast in that game. -
That was the first game I ever attended, in the family plan section of the closed end. I couldn’t sound more young poor and white (trash)
