Why hate on Nussmeier?

Nussmeier should be a guy we talk to IF we get turned down by about 16 head coaches (which shouldn't happen if we don't go all cheap). Get a proven Head Coach. This is WASHINGTON. Hell, WSU doesn't even hire guys that do not have head coaching experience

no coordinators...I don't think he'd ruin the program but why take a chance?

If those are our only options, Poolboy should be fired on the spot.
But yes, I'd take a proven mid major coach over a never been coach.TheKobeStopper said:

Nussmeier seems like a good back up plan. -
Right when you think Auburndoog has turned the corner he makes sure to remind you he still doesn't get it.

If WSU can get a proven fucking coach, what the fuck is up with the idiocy?Auburndawg said:First choice is a proven HC. If none available you look to highly regarded coordinators.

Agreed, but that was the poont. Aubs said first choice is a proven hc, if none available you go coordinator. He also said if no Mora or Peterson go coordinator. So to him, only two proven hcs are Mora and Peterson.TheKobeStopper said:

Don James was mid major. Knowing how to manage is knowing how to manage.

How many successful BCS coaches want to leave their current job?
Your choices are more limited than some of you think.
