I have to believe that this has been in the works for a long time. I expect that Haden started talking to Sark in October after Kitten was fired. Pool Boy hasn't extended Sark for 3 years. Sark saw the writing on the wall and jumped ship ASAP. Pool Boy probably was asked for permission to talk to Sark way back in October. I have to believe he has already hired somebody, hopefully Mora.
The sooner Woody makes his move, the faster the new coach can move to keep the assistants he wants. Mora already has a great staff. If he can cherry pick ours, and bring his best, we will be set.
Recruiting? Who better to solidify So Cal than Mora? In State? Who better than Mora?
Mora never sold his house here. Westwood has been incredibly quiet. The longer they stay quiet, the more likely Mora is in play. I think it's already in the bag.

All I can say is sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Kind of sums up the entire situation for all parties involved ..... except for Haden and USC. They'll be suffering some pretty serious buyer's remorse in the near future.
