From 247 (not Ektard or Fatters):

21) DYLAN MORRIS | QB | ENROLLED AT WASHINGTON

High school: Graham-Kapowsin (Graham, Wash.)
Measurables: 6-1 | 195
247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9304 | No. 171 Overall | No. 4 PRO

Evaluation: Accurate quarterback with plus arm-strength. Excels on shorter and intermediate routes. High football IQ. Able to go through his progressions and read defenses. Does a good job of finding the soft zones in a defense and then picks them apart. Excellent intangibles, great makeup and leadership qualities. Good command of the huddle. Multi-year Power 5 starter and projects as a third-day NFL draft pick. – 247Sports National Recruiting Editor Brandon Huffman

NFL Draft projection: 4-7 Round (Day 3)
Player comparison: Kellen Moore | QB | Dallas Cowboys

18) PUKA NACUA | WR | COMMITTED TO USC

High school: Orem (Utah)
Measurables: 6-2 | 190
247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9404 | No. 136 Overall | No. 22 WR

Evaluation: Streamline build but has added solid mass in recent years and is heavier than he looks. Already close to his ideal playing size at the next level. Tests as a very good athlete with above-average long speed among top wide receivers. Also has good short-range explosion. Is an outstanding route runner who separates with quickness, hesitation and change of direction. Runs with body lean and has outstanding pace along with spatial awareness in getting open. Can track the ball deep and make acrobatic catches in traffic. Does a great job maximizing yards after the catch. Among the most productive prospects in the 2019 cycle, leading the nation in receiving yards as a senior. Highly competitive in multiple sports. Can continue improving his physicality. Despite his exceptional ball skills, has some concentration drops at times. Arguably the best skill player to come from Utah in a decade. Projects as a multi-year Power 5 starter with the potential of being an early contributor and all-league talent. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Charles Power

NFL Draft projection: Second Round
Player comparison: Dante Pettis | WR | San Francisco 49ers

16) LAIATU LATU | WDE | SIGNED WITH WASHINGTON

High school: Jesuit (Carmichael, Calif.)
Measurables: 6-4 | 272
247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9435 | No. 128 Overall | No. 6 WDE

Evaluation: Great length as an outside linebacker. Added significant weight to handle opposing offensive lineman without costing him his quickness or speed off the edge. More of a pass-rusher than a cover linebacker, but is adequate in coverage. Also plays rugby and has spent offseasons playing that, so still raw as a pure football player. Plays with an edge to his game, good motor and energy. Needs to continue to develop in-play diagnosis and taking proper angles. High ceiling. Likely redshirt candidate but multi-year Power 5 starter and projects as a second-day NFL draft pick. – 247Sports Recruiting Analyst John Garcia Jr.

NFL Draft projection: 2-3 Round (Day 2)
Player comparison: Breeland Speaks | OLB | Kansas City Chiefs

15) TRENT MCDUFFIE | CB | SIGNED WITH WASHINGTON

High school: St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.)
Measurables: 5-11 | 187
247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9442 | No. 126 Overall | No. 12 CB

Evaluation: Strong, powerful body and has a ton of quick twitch to him. Carries 190 pounds with ease and is among the most athletic two-way players in the country. Has tremendous speed and is an explosive player with the ability to play on either side of the ball. As a cover corner, he can run with any receiver down the field. Is explosive getting out of his breaks, and has improved his toughness and physicality. Has the ability to play running back or receiver in college. Is a playmaker with the football in his hands. Projects best as a cover corner and has a very high upside. Isn’t just a straight-line guy but has loose hips, quick feet, can cover down the field without clutching and grabbing. Has excellent ball skills and should be a threat on special teams as a punt/kick returner as well. Impact upper tier Power 5 starter and future high round NFL draft pick. – 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Greg Biggins

NFL Draft projection: Second Round
Player comparison: Marshon Lattimore | CB | New Orleans Saints

11) JACOB BANDES | DT | ENROLLED AT WASHINGTON

High school: Pittsburg (Calif.)
Measurables: 6-2 | 315
247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9599 | No. 86 Overall | No. 10 DT

Evaluation: Has a unique blend of size, strength, power and quickness. Among the best when it comes to 'get off,' and shows tremendous strength when bull rushing. Also has the quickness to beat his blocker at the snap. Can be a run stuffing defensive tackle but also a weapon as a pass-rusher, with that quickness getting him past his blocker and to the quarterback. Body could fluctuate and add some excess weight, so he'll need to continue to trim down and add muscle. Impact Power 5 prospect with second day NFL draft potential. – 247Sports National Recruiting Editor Brandon Huffman

NFL Draft projection: 2-3 Round (Day 2)
Player comparison: Eddie Vanderdoes | DT | Oakland Raiders

9) FAATUI TUITELE | DT | SIGNED WITH WASHINGTON

High school: St. Louis (Honolulu, Hawaii)
Measurables: 6-2.5 | 304
247Sports Composite: 4-star | 0.9609 | No. 83 Overall | No. 9 DT

Evaluation: Big and projectable frame. Carries 300 pounds without losing flexibility or athleticism. Agile defensive run stuffer with strong hands and long arms. Can bully his way into the backfield. Sheds blocks well, fills gaps and fights through double teams. Quick on his feet and relentless in pursuit. Limited in pass-rush moves. Unrefined at the point of attack. Versatile, but still finding his true spot along the front. Potential to be a top-tier Power Five All-American and future early NFL Draft choice. – 247Sports Mountain Region Recruiting Analyst Blair Angulo

NFL Draft projection: 2-3 Round (Day 2)
Player comparison: Justin Jones | DT | Los Angeles Chargers

Edit: Puka added in case he commits to UW and because he was compared to Dante.
