My working theory:insinceredawg said:

Heimuli is announcing at 1:00 at his school, ceremony could drag a bit. But I expect that he likely signs early in the morning anyways with UW since his mind has been made up for awhile. To’oto’o is announcing between 12-1 on ESPN. I believe the move back is for Henry for these reasons:
I don’t expect to’oto’o to sign early, I think he’ll sign his papers during the announcement. My hope is that Henry just found out the exact time he’ll be on ESPN and it was later in the hour and Pete needs to move his presser back so he can make sure he can talk about Henry during it since the papers won’t come in til after the shot is over.
