The state of California has absolutely no clue how many of its voters are illegals. They do no citizenship check against their voters rolls and the only precaution that is taken to ensure that illegals are not registered to vote is the signature on the voter registration form where you attest to the fact that you're a legal US resident who is eligible to vote.

That's their security provision against illegals voting.

Not true. They know they are illegal when they come into DMV for their illegal alien drivers license. The difference is that the motor voter bill automatically registers them to vote unless they fill out and sign a opt out form. The DMV system has no way of sorting illegals as it does not identify them as illegal because the state fears they might get discriminated against.
