Bama taking new approach

Bambi has 1, ONE FUCKING GAME on their schedule next year...at TAMU. oh, they play a heavily depleted Auburn to end year...after Western Carolina, while every other conference is battling a difficult conference game, and a 9-team schedule.
How long can this auto-path to the playoff continue b4 the committee holds them, and Georgia, accountable for their SOS? (or lack therof)
If the playoff doesnt expand, college football is a tainted sport, and will lose all credibility. tOSU, Texas and Georgia would have beat bam in expanded playoff. Haskins would have had a field day. Until something changes, a 9-,game conference schedule, a real OOC opponent, Alabama will never drop lower than #2 in the cuntry...wire-to-wire, every year. Saban will be tested twice next year. One at home vs a good LSU...after a bye. The other? @ TAMU with a heavily overrated head coach. Oh, and Auburn (the equivalent of colorado in the pac next year) after western Carolina in week 11.
This has to stop. The SEC is a fraud...and it's getting worse

did you read Wilner's article this week about the Pac12?puppylove_sugarsteel said:They used to schedule 1 worthy opponent OOC. They scrapped that plan knowing ESPN will prop them up pre-season, during year. How is Duke their quality power 5 opponent?

Basically he wrote a manifesto that says if USC is down then it doesn't matter what anyone else in the Pac12 does because the voters and decision-makers only really want to see USC in the upper rankings / playoffs.
The ENTIRE system is designed for a handful of teams.

That one I did not see coming. Florida raping Michigan's Vaunted Defense took me a bit my surprise, because the Gators were not exactly an offensive juggernaut.Baseman said:Kentucky beat Penn State who beat the PAC 12 champs a year earlier

After confronted with these obvious facts, Pup needed some time for perspective. He will return soon. Thanks for your patience.
