I love how he was hammering home the "we only lost by 5 to a GOOD team" on repeat.

He was the same after Cal.

    "Coach, what went wrong today?"

"What....well nothing went wrong. Cal is a REALLY GOOD team."

Baird amuses me. Biggest doog of all time. Will defend Jake Browning to his grave. He said he's physically limited but he shouldn't be "bashed" because he tries hard. Doogs consider honest critique of a player's performance as "bashing". Every time anybody ever criticized Browning his response was a loud and raspy "WELL NOW WAIT A MINUTE! HE DIDN'T PLAY WELL TODAY BUT HE'S THE WINNINGEST HUSKY QB OF ALL TIME! COME ON NOW."

Becoming a classic NY6 shitting of the bed look for the Dawgs. With and added pinch of roar back...door cover.

Rapp doesn’t get abused over and over in the soft zone coverage and he also comes up and tackles the fucking running back before he gets massive chunks. FML

Would have been cool is Browning would have completed that pass to Fuller in our last possession of the first half.

Between Rapp and a completion to Fuller it might have been a while different game.

We could have and should have held our own in that game. tOSU was a better team for 3 quarters. We need more fire power.

I started to hate Baird during the 2003 season when he defended all the bad losses. 15 years later, he's still around.

Before Dick Baird was a doog, he was a coog. People forget that.
