    She played the race and age card in a district that was increasingly Hispanic. The Rat party, especially in urban areas is tacking hard left and she took advantage of that. An old white guy, even if he is a committed leftist isn't going to get the votes over her.

    Granted it took some smarts to realize this but getting elected to Congress isn't a sign of any real intelligence.
