So...Nov. 29th is your deadline to get in requests or you're screwed.
Few days later...having trouble logging? Screw you...we're closed.
Wait...we have now extended the deadline even though it's been shut down for 3 days. Then we'll shut it down again. Make sense? DAWG sense.

They were jumping the gun, and people weren't ready to sign up for bowl tickets before they knew the results. Saw the same thing in my inbox. I've got my flight booked and got a request for tickets in, which means I'll be in row 1 of the endzone. If so, @DerekJohnson send me a hardcore husky T for the free pub.
